SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE 50TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION WEEKEND SCHEDULE

NBC is streaming a weekend long Celebration of Saturday Night Live’s 50th Anniversary Celebration.

It starts Friday February 14, 2025 and runs through Sunday February 16, 2025.

SNL 50: The Homecoming Concert

On Friday February 14, 2025 NBC kicks off an SNL 50th Anniversary Weekend Celebration tonight with SNL 50: The Homecoming Concert. A live Concert streaming from Radio City Music Hall hosted by SNL cast Alumni and Tonight Show Host Jimmy Fallon, featuring performances from former SNL Musical Guests:

SNL50: The Homecoming Concert streams live Friday, Feb. 14, 2025 at 8 PM ET/7 PM PT on Peacock.

Ladies & Gentlemen….50 Years Of SNL Music

On Saturday February 15, 2025 NBC will stream Ladies & Gentlemen….50 Years Of SNL Music, a documentary film directed by Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson from The Roots Band (Jimmy Fallon’s longtime house band on the Tonight Show). The Documentary features performances, behind the scenes footage and interviews of musical guests throughout the show’s 50 year history. The Documentary streams Saturday February 15, 2025 at 8 PM ET/ 5 PM PT on NBC.

The Very First Episode Of Saturday Night Live

Following the Documentary Ladies & Gentlemen….50 Years Of SNL Music, the Original Episode of Saturday Night Live that aired October 11, 1975 (You can read about it here: Saturday Night: The First Episode) will be re-streamed. The episode streams on NBC and Peacock Saturday February 15, 2025 at 11:30 PM ET/8:30 PM PT following the Documentary.

SNL 50: The Anniversary Special

On Sunday February 16, 2025 there is a one hour live Red Carpet event hosted by Willie Geist, Leslie Jones and Matt Rogers before The Anniversary show which begins at 7 PM ET/4 PM PT. The Grand Finale SNL 50: The Anniversary Special streams immediately following the Red Carpet event at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT. The Anniversary show will feature members of The SNL Five-Timers Club, past hosts, current and former cast members, surprise guests, and numerous musical performances including Paul McCartney, Paul Simon and Miley Cyrus.
