Fall 2: Deadpoint Drops Into Theaters!

Fall 2: Deadpoint Drops Into Theaters!

Think you’re scared of heights now, wait until Wednesday!

The survival thriller sequel Fall 2: Deadpoint drops into theaters Wednesday September 2, 2026. Lionsgate and VVS Films are teaming up to bring Fall 2: Deadpoint to theaters, shifting the survival franchise from a desert radio tower to the terrifying cliffside plank walks of Mount Kwan in Thailand.

Directed by the Spierig Brothers, the intense sequel follows characters Jax (Harriet Slater) and Luce (Arsema Thomas) as a sudden, massive rockslide leaves them trapped thousands of feet in the air with no easy way down. While the original 2022 hit kept audiences paralyzed by the sheer drop of a rusted ladder, Fall 2: Deadpoint elevates the stakes with the constant, unpredictable threat of falling debris and unstable terrain.

For fans already looking ahead, the terror won’t stop here. Production continuity is locked in for Fall 3, which was greenlit simultaneously by Capstone Studios to serve as the final chapter in the trilogy. Original creator Scott Mann is returning to write and direct the third installment, promising to take the franchise’s signature high-altitude tension to an entirely new level.

Check your local theater listings or the Fall 2: Deadpoint Official Website to experience the survival thriller on the biggest screen possible—if you have the stomach for it!
