Amazon MGM Studios and Mattel Films have officially broken the standard theatrical-to-digital timeline window by announcing that Travis Knight’s live-action epic, Masters of the Universe, is heading straight to your living room with a new trailer, poster and two pics!
Following an explosive, high-budget 47-day summer theater run on the big screen, the studio dropped a brand-new promotional trailer confirming the $170+ million fantasy blockbuster will stream globally on Prime Video starting this Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Travis Knight (Bumblebee, Kubo and the Two Strings), the film stars Nicholas Galitzine as an exiled Prince Adam who must reclaim his magical Power Sword to transform into the legendary He-Man.
The new streaming trailer provides an incredible look at the star-studded ensemble, showcasing Jared Leto’s terrifying, warlock transformation as the tyrannical Skeletor alongside Camila Mendes as Teela and Idris Elba as Man-At-Arms.
