Jessica Chastain Plays a Living Nightmare in Creepy Second Trailer for Blumhouse’s ‘Other Mommy’
Horror fans, get ready to keep your bedroom lights turned on! Universal Studios just unleashed the second official trailer for Other Mommy, and it looks absolutely terrifying.
Based on the hit horror novel Incidents Around the House, the story follows 8-year-old Bela (Arabella Olivia Clark) navigating her parents’ fractured marriage. Her world shatters when a malicious entity emerges from her bedroom closet, taking on her mother’s physical form.
Oscar winner Jessica Chastain pulls double duty here, playing a stressed-out mom trying to protect her daughter, while also playing the entity itself as it morphs into a twisted, malicious lookalike.
If you love creepy doppelgänger stories, this one is going to be a must-watch for Halloween season!
