Booyakasha! Sacha Baron Cohen’s ‘Ali G: Who Iz I?’ Drops Second Trailer Featuring Borat

Amazon MGM Studios just released the second official trailer and an updated poster for Ali G: Who Iz I?. Sacha Baron Cohen is officially stepping back into the yellow tracksuit that launched his career, and this latest look at the sequel features a massive, multi-character twist that we did not see coming.

The updated poster confirms that the surprise comedy event is locked and loaded to hit theaters for One Weekend Only starting October 23, 2026.

After twenty years spent “chillin’, tokin’ and bonin’” in the UK, the West Staines Massiv leader is forced out of early retirement. Ali G discovers that his long-term girlfriend, Julie (played by Morgana Robinson), is eight months pregnant.

Faced with the reality of an extra mouth to feed and no income, Ali gets off his batty and heads straight across the Atlantic to America to reclaim his former media glory and secure a payday.

The second trailer opens with a fake, bureaucratic warning from the Kazakh Film Commission. Sacha Baron Cohen‘s iconic character Borat Sagdiyev hijacks the footage to deliver a scathing, hilarious commentary warning American society about Ali G’s “cultural appropriation” and bad manners.

The trailer reveals that Ali G: Who Iz I? serves as a massive crossover event for Baron Cohen’s character universe. Alongside Ali G and Borat, the film features appearances by:

Colonel Eran Morad (the hyper-intense Israeli military expert from Who Is America?)
An overly sensitive liberal activist character trying to get Ali G’s entire media comeback canceled on the internet

Marking Sacha Baron Cohen’s feature directorial debut, the project was covertly shot in complete secrecy over the past year, resurrecting the legendary satirical persona after a two-decade hiatus.

The upcoming film serves as a direct sequel to 2002’s Ali G Indahouse and returns to the chaotic, unscripted guerilla mockumentary format that made Borat and Brüno global phenomenons.

Ali G: Who Iz I? is produced by Four by Two Films and Working Title Films, and will be released exclusively in theaters nationwide on October 23, 2026, FOR ONE WEEKEND ONLY!
