Sony Pictures has released brand-new pics for Klara And The Sun (2026), giving us a behind-the-scenes look at director Taika Waititi’s upcoming sci-fi drama!

Based on the bestselling novel from Nobel Prize-winner Kazuo Ishiguro and written and directed by Academy-Award® winner Taika Waititi (Jojo Rabbit), Klara and the Sun introduces audiences to Klara (Jenna Ortega), an Artificial Friend who wants nothing more than to find the perfect home.

The cast also includes Aran Murphy, Steve Buscemi, and Natasha Lyonne. Directed and written by Academy Award winner Taika Waititi (Jojo Rabbit).

Klara and the Sun is scheduled to be released in theaters October 23, 2026, by Sony Pictures Releasing.
