Austin Abrams Gets Swallowed Alive by a 60-Ton Sperm Whale in Tense ‘Whalefall’ Trailer 2

20th Century Studios has released the second full-length trailer for Whalefall, offering a deeply intense look at the upcoming survival horror film, giving us our first look at the film.

Based on Daniel Kraus’ bestselling novel, the story follows a young scuba diver (Austin Abrams) investigating the waters off California’s coast to locate his late father’s remains.

The newly released trailer maps out a living nightmare when his dive path is violently crossed by an 80-foot sperm whale that swallows him whole—leaving him stranded in pitch darkness with a single hour of oxygen to unpack his father’s (Josh Brolin) brutal training secrets and escape alive.
