Brad Pitt and Canine Co-Star Uber bond in New ‘Heart of the Beast’ Featurettes!
Paramount Pictures has released two new featurettes, Bond and Training Your Co-star for Heart of the Beast, highlighting the profound real-world bond between Brad Pitt and his canine counterpart, and the intricate tactical conditioning driving the upcoming wilderness drama.
The dog actor who stars alongside Brad Pitt in Heart of the Beast is a real-life mountain rescue German Shepherd named Uber. The production turned into a true family affair when Uber‘s three real-life sons were cast to serve as his on-set stunt doubles and stand-ins.
Brad Pitt details his extensive pre-production routine with his animal counterpart, Uber, proving that their seamless on-screen alliance was built on genuine, real-world trust established long before arriving on the freezing outdoor sets.
The intense wilderness thriller follows a retired Special Forces officer (Brad Pitt) and his combat scouting dog, Odin (Uber & Sons), fighting to endure the freezing elements after a plane crash in the Alaskan outback.
Heart Of The Beast comes to theaters September 25, 2026.
