A24 Unleashes Super-Soldier Slasher Chaos in Second Trailer for Adam Wingard’s ‘Onslaught’ !
Adria Arjona goes to war against an unstoppable lab-built squad of killers in a direct expansion of ‘The Guest’ universe. A24 has officially released the high-octane trailer for Onslaught, confirming a jaw-dropping narrative connection to Adam Wingard and Simon Barrett’s 2014 cult-classic The Guest.
The sci-fi action-horror film tracks what happens when a rogue, experimental unit of genetically mutated super-soldiers escapes a hidden military compound and begins terrorizing a desert trailer park.
The trailer highlights veteran Army sniper Celeste (Adria Arjona) deploying heavy weaponry to protect her young daughter from a relentless brigade of lab-engineered slashers who are completely conditioned to advance through heavy gunfire until their targets are obliterated.
