New Movie Little Brother Debuts On Netflix Friday June 26, 2026.
Netflix has officially dropped the hilarious, wildly erratic trailer for Little Brother, an R-rated buddy comedy directed by Matt Spicer (Ingrid Goes West). Fresh off its exclusive world premiere at Manhattan’s Paris Theater, this stress-test of an extended-family comedy skips a standard wide theatrical run and is locked to debut directly on streaming next week on Friday, June 26, 2026.
The story revolves around a highly successful, strictly organized professional who accidentally invites a human wrecking ball into his home. Rudd (John Cena) is a tightly wound, picture-perfect real estate agent who finally feels like he has his life entirely under control. That domestic bliss completely shatters when Marcus Pinchel (Eric André) suddenly crashes back into his life.
Marcus is an eccentric, boundary-free maniac who originally participated in the exact same high school “Big Brother-Little Brother” charity mentor program as Rudd decades ago. Pretending he has nowhere else to turn, Marcus completely infiltrates Rudd’s pristine household. Within 24 hours, he accidentally burns part of the house down, destroys family vehicles, and systematically derails Rudd’s professional deals—testing the absolute limits of familial patience.
Director Matt Spicer has backed his chaotic duo with an exceptional, star-studded lineup of legendary comedic actors and television favorites:
- John Cena as Rudd. Stepping back into a traditional, vulnerable “straight-man” comedic persona, Cena’s character is forced to desperately hold his mind and home together.
- Eric André as Marcus Pinchel, the unhinged, wild-eyed “little brother” pulling the strings of madness.
- Michelle Monaghan as Deirdre, Rudd’s increasingly exhausted wife who just wants her normal husband back.
- Christopher Meloni (Law & Order: SVU) as Josh, adding his signature intense presence to the household craziness.
- Ego Nwodim (Saturday Night Live) as Leonore.
- Sherry Cola (Joy Ride) as Mia.
