The terrifying 2026 van-life supernatural horror film makes its exclusive streaming debut Thursday!
Paramount Pictures has officially confirmed that its high-concept supernatural thriller Passenger will begin haunting home screens exclusively via Paramount+ on Thursday August 20, 2026.
The chilling, R-rated film centers on Maddie and Tyler (Lou Llobell and Jacob Scipio), a young couple embarking on a scenic van-life highway adventure across America. Their dream vacation collapses into a living nightmare when they stop to witness a gruesome roadside accident.
Soon, they realize a malevolent, unholy demonic entity known as the Passenger has latched onto their vehicle—a relentless stalker that cannot be outrun and won’t stop until it consumes them both.
Passenger is based on the true life statistic that 130 million people take road trips every year, 15,400 of them are never seen again.
Stream Passenger on Paramount+ starting Thursday August 20.
